Energy healing services encompass a range of holistic practices aimed at balancing and restoring the body's energy systems. These services are based on the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal itself and that disruptions in energy flow can lead to physical, emotional, or spiritual issues. An Energy Healing Session can include Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Somato-Emotional Release, EFT, Acupressure, Guided Imagery/Meditation, or Interactive Mindfulness Meditation, depending on the individual's needs.
Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing technique that utilizes the universal life force to help balance and restore your body's natural energy. It works by channeling healing energy through a practitioner's hands to support your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
